Tillsammans med \u00f6vriga medlemmar \u00e4ger du fastigheten du bor i.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Som bostadsr\u00e4ttsinnehavare har du nyttjander\u00e4tt till din bostad och f\u00f6rfogar \u00f6ver den inom de ramar som bostadsr\u00e4ttslagen och bostadsr\u00e4ttsf\u00f6reningens stadgar ger. Bostadsr\u00e4tten inneb\u00e4r ett ansvar och skyldigheter att v\u00e5rda och sk\u00f6ta om s\u00e5v\u00e4l den egna l\u00e4genheten som gemensamma utrymmen inne och ute.<\/p>\n<p>Ansvarf\u00f6rdelningen mellan bostadsr\u00e4ttsinnehavaren och f\u00f6reningen finns reglerad i f\u00f6reningens stadgar. F\u00f6reningen ansvarar f\u00f6r sk\u00f6tsel, underh\u00e5ll och reparationer av fastigheternas yttre samt f\u00f6r de gemensamma utrymmen och utemilj\u00f6n. Bostadsr\u00e4ttsinnehavaren ansvarar f\u00f6r den egna l\u00e4genheten och har ocks\u00e5 r\u00e4tt att g\u00f6ra vissa \u00e4ndringar i sin bostad. Har du planer p\u00e5 renovering eller \u00e4ndringar se information nedan.<\/p>\n<p>Bostasr\u00e4ttstill\u00e4ggsf\u00f6rs\u00e4kring har f\u00f6reningen tecknat f\u00f6r de boende hos L\u00e4nsf\u00f6rs\u00e4kringar och ing\u00e5r i hyran.<\/p>\n<p>Som medlem har man m\u00f6jlighet att p\u00e5verka vad som h\u00e4nder i f\u00f6reningen. Du kan l\u00e4mna f\u00f6rslag till styrelsen och st\u00e4lla upp att arbeta i styrelsen.
